User may post bad reviews about Vendors. Myweddingcabinet.com is in no way responsible for the content of reviews and will not remove them unless they are found to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Domain Name.

Myweddingcabinet.com registers and retains ownership of custom domain names for use with Platinum Users account and wedding website. Domain name are serviced by Myweddingcabinet.com as long as the user fulfils his/her registration and renewal obligations.

Domain name may be transferred to Myweddingcabinet.com customers upon request and approval. Domain transfer fee is $25 per year unless otherwise noted and quoted. Customer is then responsible for all renewal, hosting and other associated fees of maintaining own domain name.

Myweddingcabinet.com does not offer support for domain names once transferred.

In case of a Platinum user with his personal registered domain name, he needs to provide any requested access detail to Myweddingcabinet.com for setting up and redirecting to his/her wedding website.

Rejection & Removal

Myweddingcabinet.com reserves the right to reject, refuse or remove any Vendor Account, User Account, review, website, listing, or any other information deemed to be inappropriate for any reason, at our sole discretion. Any activity that is deemed to be fraudulent or an attempt to undermine any of the services offered by Myweddingcabinet.com will result in the negligent account being swiftly removed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Myweddingcabinet.com, our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information service providers to the Myweddingcabinet.com service harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from

(i) any violation of these Terms of Use, or any activity related to access to or use of your account (including negligent and wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account and/or (ii) (ii) a claim that a Submission infringes third party intellectual property rights.
